California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and equivalent state laws

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share your device's advertising identifier with Google AdMob for cross-context behavioural advertising, which counts as “sharing” under California law. This page is how you turn that off.

The fastest way: in the app

Open GetYourQueen and go to You → Settings → Do not sell or share my personal information. The switch takes effect immediately and survives reinstalling the app, because we store the choice on our servers against your account rather than on your device.

You will see exactly the same number of ads. They simply won't be tailored to you.

Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or extension sends it, we treat it as a valid opt-out request without you having to do anything else.

If you don't have the app

Email privacy@getyourqueen.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. We will confirm within 15 business days. You do not need an account to make this request.

Right to delete — one page, no app needed.
Right to correct inaccurate information.
Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We treat your precise location as sensitive and use it only to build your deck — never to profile you.
Right to no retaliation. Exercising any of these changes nothing about the service you get. There is no paid tier to push you towards; the app is free either way.

Appeals

If we refuse a request, reply to our decision and we will reconsider it. We respond to appeals within 45 days, as required in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states with a comparable law. You may also contact your state attorney general.
