Community Guidelines
Last updated: 31 July 2026
GetYourQueen only works if people feel safe being heard. These rules are short on purpose, and we enforce them.
Be 18 or older
No exceptions. If you suspect someone is under 18, report them — that report goes to the top of our queue ahead of everything else, and we act immediately. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
Be yourself
Your voice must be your voice, and your photos must be of you. Using someone else's recording or photos gets the account removed. So does a profile built to sell something.
Keep it clean
No nudity, no sexually explicit audio, photos or messages. This is a public product with an 18+ rating, not an adult platform. Sexually explicit content is removed and the account with it.
Don't be cruel
No harassment, threats, hate speech, or content attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation. Persistent messaging after someone has stopped replying is harassment too.
Never ask for money
Asking another user for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or to invest in anything is fraud and gets an immediate permanent ban. When we ban an account for fraud, we notify everyone that account was in contact with.
Don't push people elsewhere
Sending people to another app, a website, a subscription page or a phone number in your first messages is how most scams start. It is not allowed.
Respect what happens in a conversation
Do not share another person's photos, voice, or messages outside the app. What they showed you after matching was shown to you, not to your group chat.
How we enforce this
- Every voice intro and every photo is reviewed before it goes live.
- Every report is reviewed by a person within 24 hours.
- Serious violations mean immediate permanent removal, without warning.
- Reporting someone automatically blocks them and deletes the conversation.
If we got it wrong
Email support@getyourqueen.com. A person will review the decision and reply. We would rather reinstate a good account than lose it to a bad call.
